Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days in accordance with the following Return Policy:
• The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
• Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only. There are no cash refunds.
• Incorrect, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to receive refund/credit. If an item in your order is damaged, defective or the wrong item do
not use or try to fix it. Please take a clear picture of the damaged, defected or wrong item and contact us by email with your request, order number and photo documentation.
• Returns for reasons that are not due to errors on our part/damage in transit are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. Less initial shipping cost.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods were not used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• The supply of digital content, because our digital goods are delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
• Rolling papers, Tips, Pre-Rolled Cones and Wraps are non-returnable

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please email us at with your order number along with a clear picture of the item/s to be returned, we will then provide you with the address to ship your return to.

We will email you once your return is received and processed.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery


No Exchanges. Please note that We only refund/credit Goods you received defective or damaged.


We do not provide gift receipts and we do not ship gifts to third parties. We are only able to ship our product(s) to those who have purchased it and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Therefore we will only ship to the credit card holders name.
